Glide across the water

In summer, why not take classes at the first stand-up paddleboard school in Europe? Enjoy a yoga lesson on your board, floating on the water. Take part in a 2-hour sea trip and see the bell towers of the 12th century Norman cathedral that stands above Cefalù from a different point of view. Practise your balancing act and maintain the team spirit as eight of you stand on the same XXL paddleboard. In winter and mid-season, the heated pools offer the chance to swim when the sea has become too cold. You can have a go at paddleboard yoga!

Hiking yoga in the jungle

Follow your expert well-being guide on a unique trek, pausing along the way for yoga sessions, on your own (or almost), on this private 220-hectare island. On either side of the track are lush jungle, intoxicating flowers and a whole host of exotic birds. A view of the sea comes into sight and it's time to breathe and meditate. Chakrasana, Trikonasana!

Island hopping by catamaran

Sail over the turquoise waters of the archipelago aboard a catamaran and explore the loveliest islands (à la carte). A private dinner in paradise

As night falls, head to the far end of the Resort for a dinner on the sands. A dip above the ocean

Sit down on the edge of the Zen infinity pool above the volcanic rocks, surrounded by dark mosaics. Gaze out the sea in search of hump-backed whales. From this unique viewpoint, observe the waves breaking on the black lava rocks.

Complete serenity with Yoga

Why not discover yoga and its benefits for the mind and body? You can choose from individual or family workshops, meditation or paddle yoga sessions on the water. The well-being programme, devised by our expert Heberson Oliveira, will punctuate your day with intense periods of serenity in the loveliest parts of the resort such as the fort, the square or the zen pool. Become aspiring yogis, relax and take things at your own pace.

Dinner at the Lighthouse

After a dip in the Zen pool, stop under the domed roofs of the Le Phare restaurant. The chef serves plates of tender marlin curry with tomatoes, spices and thyme. Say yes to a tamarind sorbet. On the terrace, ivory white curtains open onto a view of succulent plants and the azure sea.

Preserved coves

What if you could be transported to a preserved turquoise cove within seconds? Throughout a walk along the coastline bordering the Resort, be awed by the blue depths of the Indian Ocean, punctuated by the typical black lava rocks. Deckchairs are only waiting for you. There’s no-one else around.

The "Face de Bellevarde" challenge

Arriving at Val d’Isère, it’s the first thing you see. The “Face de Bellevarde” is a legendary ski slope taken in 1992 by the athletes of the Albertville Winter Olympic Games. At over 2,800 metres of altitude, the finish line is visible from the top. Zigzag down the complicated 1,000 metre descent, stopping halfway to admire the stunning views of the Solaise mountains.

The Leissières ski lift

Enjoy the rollercoaster-like thrill of riding the Leissières cable car. This two-way mechanical lift links the Iseran and Solaise domains. Shiver with excitement as you pass over the rocky ridge of Leissières, a crest reaching over 2,900 metres of altitude. Feel the adrenaline rush during this unexpected descent, which offers a breathtaking view on the snowy mountains.

Val d’Isère strolls

Explore Val d’Isère's small streets lined with luxury boutiques and stone chalets with flagstone shingle roofs. This chic Savoyard village also has several architectural gems, such as the baroque church of Saint-Bernard de Menthonn with its roman bell tower. In the evening, discover the delights of the village’s trendy restaurants and bars.
