In partnership with GoPro and award-winning scriptwriter for Korean romance dramas, Ms Park Hae Young, this bold and unique concept will transport couples to the realm of popular Korean romance dramas, against the transcendent backdrop of the Exclusive Collection resort in the sunny island of Maldives.

Reignite The Romance

The panoramic views and azure waters of the Maldives, serves as the perfect backdrop to paint a picture of romance in any Korean drama script.

The experience begins when couples sign up for the WANDERLUST experience in Club Med Finolhu Villas. The magic begins when couples enter their room where two GoPros will be waiting on the bed together with basic instructions on how to use the GoPro and the specially crafted script by Ms Park Hae Young. Based on this script, couples are invited to use the beautiful setting of Club Med Finolhu Villas such as the clear waters of the Indian Ocean to film their own romantic holiday and fall in love all over again.

After a day of filming, couples will receive a mission card from their butler, with instructions on how to piece their video together using Quik video editing software by GoPro. Once their masterpieces are completed, these couples are invited to share their love stories on social media platform, Instagram. Using the hashtag, #ClubMedxGoPro these lovebirds can also stand a chance to be featured on the Club Med Finolhu Villas Instagram account.

Lauded for her fresh take on Korean drama writing and winner of the Writer Award in the Drama Division of the 31st Korean Broadcasting Writers’ Awards, Hae Young Park has worked on highly critically and commercially successful drama series and movies.

Some of her most illustrious work includes “My Mister”, which won the grand prize at The Seoul Awards in the drama division, and “Another Miss Oh”, which won Best Content Award in the drama division at the tvN10 Awards.
