When you arrive at the Resort, our G.Os will welcome you with a big smile. Your room will usually be ready by 3pm.
If you arrive earlier, lunch can be arranged*. Your ski pass will be active from the day after you arrive.

CHECK-IN
You will find everything you need for your stay at the Resort’s reception: your ski passes and your Club Med digital bracelet* (or Club Med Pass) that will be your room key, ski locker key and payment method for services at extra cost.

A LA CARTE SERVICES
We recommend that you open an account at reception with an international bank card as soon as you arrive.
Your Club Med digital bracelet* or Club Med Pass will allow you to pay for services at extra cost (Spa treatments, purchases at the boutique...). Your total purchases will automatically be added to your account and you can pay the bill at the end of your trip.

At Club Med, we make your experience hassle-free.
Signing up for ski classes and to kids clubs is made easy. You can decide to sign up in the Resort and sometimes before your stay, if you are registered for the Easy Arrival* service.
YOUR EQUIPMENT
At Club Med Ski Pro Shop, rent your ski equipment at the heart of the Resort and enjoy the expert advice of our G.Os.
We offer the latest equipment from the best brands on the market adapted to your skill level.
If you have used the Easy Arrival service, your equipment will be waiting for you in your ski locker.
GOURMET MEALS & ALL-DAY BAR
The buffet service at the Resort restaurant brings together a variety of international and local cuisine. The Specialty Restaurant offers à-la-carte service for you to enjoy.
