Mount Kinabalu
Reaching an impressive altitude of 4095 m, Mount Kinabalu is the highest peak in South East Asia, between the Himalayas and New Guinea. On the island of Borneo, practically hidden away in the heart of a park listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, it is renowned as much for the wealth of its fauna and flora as for the climb to its summit, which is safe and secure. You’ll need to plan for at least two days for the climb to the peak and the descent.
