All prices quoted are per adult, based on 2 adults in a double room, category subject to availability. A supplement for single occupancy may apply.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, PREAMBLE:
These Special Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to supplement or modify the Club Med® General Terms and Conditions of Sale in connection with the booking exclusively via the Internet of Packages (as this term is defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale) at reduced prices for departures within 21 days of confirmation of the said booking. Subject to the provisions set out in these Special Conditions, the General Sales Conditions in force at the time of booking are therefore applicable, the Special Conditions prevailing over the Club Med® General Sales Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GSC") in the event of any contradiction.
Terms & conditions for Packages:
Package reservations are available on www.clubmed.ch every week from Thursday to Wednesday of the following week. Club Med® reserves the right to modify the days and times at which Packages are offered for sale. Any such modification will be brought to the attention of Internet users on this page of the www.clubmed.ch website. The offer of Packages is limited to 10 beneficiaries per Resort per start date of the stay concerned by the offer. Packages that are no longer available in the form of Last Minute Packages within 21 days of confirmation of the said reservation may be booked under the Club Med® General T&C by telephone: 0844 855 966 (calls charged at local rate), on the www.clubmed.ch website or through the network of Club Med agencies or partner agencies. Package reservations are subject to availability. Offers are not retroactive and cannot be combined with other price reductions or promotional offers proposed by Club Med®.
Package prices: Package prices are valid from 6 years for Sun Resorts, 4 years for Ski Resorts, 8 years for Club Med 2 cruises, for a stay of a duration between 2 and 21 nights, in a double occupancy accommodation, accommodation category depending on availability, transport conditions and departure dates available in the offer. If you are traveling alone and require either a single room or a double room with single occupancy, you may be required to pay a single supplement. The Last Minute discount applies only to the stay part (excluding flights) of the package, with the exception of the Columbus Isle and Cap Skirring resorts, if offered, on Club Med flights.
Travel documents: The travel documents, i.e. the sales contract and the convocation, will be sent to the GM® by email (documents can only be sent by post on request by calling 0844 855 966, time permitting) as soon as Club Med® has received the Total Package Amount. Please check the spelling of your email to avoid any delay. NB: Stays with flights on Saturday or Sunday following the Thursday morning online availability will only be bookable until Friday noon. If you booked transport with us and your sales contract does not include the flight reference / airline reservation number, please contact us as soon as possible.
