All meals at our onsite restaurants are covered in your Club Med Bintan Island booking, so you can just walk in anytime they’re open and order something to eat, whether for a main meal or as a snack. This includes both buffet and a la carte options too. All non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price as well, as are most alcoholic beverages. The only additional cost you will have to pay is if you order premium spirits like VSOP and Champagne. So really, there’s no catch here if you want to eat and drink to your heart’s content!

The easiest way to get to Bintan is via ferry from Singapore. In fact, you can conveniently book your ferry tickets as part of your Club Med Bintan booking. The ferry trip from Singapore to Bintan is only about an hour, and the trip is a comfortable one in clean spacious cabins. You can even upgrade to Emerald Class with priority boarding/disembarking, assigned seats complimentary drinks on board and access to the Emerald Lounge.

Our gym and fitness room is included in your package, but spa treatments come at an additional cost. However, the cost is comparable to other places in Bintan, so you can enjoy the convenience of not having to leave the resort to get yourself pampered. Besides the gym and spa, you can also engage in various land and sports activities at Club Med Bintan which are included in your booking to keep yourself fit and have tons of fun.

We provide varied childcare services according to your child's age. For babies aged 2 years and below, pay a nominal fee to reserve our Club Med Baby Welcome Kit, which provides you with important equipment to keep your little one comfortable during the trip such as potties, toiletries, bottle warmers, strollers, and more. Additionally, our main restaurant has a Baby Corner where essentials like blenders and microwaves are provided for you to conveniently prepare your baby's meals. We can also provide a list of babysitting services you can hire at your own cost.

For toddlers, you can sign them up for Petit Club Med at an additional cost, where they will be taken care of by early learning professionals who will engage them in musical and artistic activities while you and your partner enjoy the other Club Med Bintan activities that are included in your package.

For older children, you can send them to the Mini Club Med experience (4 to 10 years old) or Junior Club Med experience (11 to 17 years old) where your children will be kept occupied with a variety of sports and activities handled by our enthusiastic G.Os.
