Visiting a Club Med resort soon? Across our resorts in Canada, the Caribbean, and Mexico, we have implemented health & hygiene protocols to ensure your total piece of mind during your stay with us. To create our ‘Safe Together’ measures, we worked alongside government agencies, advisors and a committee of doctors and professors within the scientific community and are following WHO guidelines to take care of you and your loved ones. Our teams both in and out of our Resorts are here to ensure your safety is our number one priority.

The Club Med Hygiene & Safety Measures

For all Resorts, before traveling, it is recommended that all travelers verify specific entry requirements as outlined by the local authorities and governments.

This decision is a part of our collective effort in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. This policy will reinforce the Safe Together protocols in our Resorts and help to provide the most worry-free experience possible for our clients.

Emergency Assistance Program

As an addition to our Safe Together mission, implementing enhanced safety and hygiene measures in our resorts, we are modifying our Emergency Assistance Program to provide all guests traveling before December 31, 2022 with additional coverage for COVID-19 related emergency medical expenses during their stay.^

We require that you follow all government regulations and Club Med rules during your stay, for your safety and the safety of other guests and staff. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By deciding to travel, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

  • New process for linen cleaning, including systematic washing above 70°C / 160°F
  • Full sanitization of guestrooms after each departure
  • Masks and gloves provided to housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • During daily cleaning, a reinforced sanitization process will be carried out on major touch points

  • Increase the range of opening hours to offer more dining flexibility
