☀ Childcare: Secure activities and facilities for your loved ones, whether they are 4 months or 17 years old, and book childcare services before your departure, so that everything is taken care of for your little ones.

☀ Sports & wellness activities: A Club Med vacation means 60 different sports and wellness activities to choose from! Make the most of your all-inclusive stay by booking our top notch facilities and professional sports instructors in advance as well as the best of our spa treatments (scuba-diving, golf packages, classes, massage...).

☀ Transfer: Whenever you book a vacation with Club Med, you can add a transfer service from the airport (or train station depending on the destination) to the Resort, up to 2 days prior departure. The sooner, the better!

☀ Insurance: You can book with our Club Med Basic Insurance Plan or the Serenity Protection Plan for trip cancellation coverage*.

The Easy Arrival service allows you to prepare your family’s arrival stress-free and to fully enjoy your vacation once you are there! Take full advantage of it and:

✓ Sign up your child(ren) up for our Childcare Services
✓ Book your ski equipment and sign-up for ski lessons

Everything will be ready for you when you get to the Resort! Plus, as part of the Easy Arrival service, we created Easy check-in & Easy check-out:

✓ Fill-in the required pre-arrival information in your Customer Account. You won’t have to wait anymore at the reception desk when you arrive!
✓ The day of your departure, you no longer need to go to the reception desk in order to check out
