Vikki Knudsen joins Club Med with 28 years of experience in the International vacation industry. Vikki was most recently at Silversea Cruises. She also spent 21 years of her career at Royal Caribbean International/Celebrity Cruises, both shipboard and in field sales, as well as Onboard Media, supporting several major cruise lines and hotels. On a personal note, Vikki is a wine enthusiast, and has a passion for an active lifestyle, including Bikram yoga, cycling, skiing, scuba diving and beach volleyball.

Claudia Gil has been with Club Med since her time as a village Mini Club G.O. in the 1980s. After completing her university studies, she began her Club Med sales career in the Contact Center and advanced from reservation agent to supervisor to call center director. Claudia relocated to Club Med’s corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida to head the Trade Support department. Wanting to experience another aspect of Club Med sales, she then took on the role of Business Development Manager supporting the travel agents of Florida and the host agency networks. In 2020, Claudia returned to Arizona and the Contact Center as the Meetings and Events Sales Operations Manager. Claudia and her team cover the sales and coordination of group business, including family reunions, corporate meetings, incentive travel, weddings, and celebrations. Claudia and her G.O. husband of more than 30 years consider Club Med as family and embrace the Club Med spirit.

Jacquie brings over 15 years of experience in hospitality sales with an impressive background in the hotel, incentive, hospitality and destination markets. Jacquie has delivered proven success in developing innovative sales and marketing plans and leveraging her expertise in consumer and commercial behavior to generate record profits and market share. In addition to holding high level sales positions with top brands, such as Hilton, Westin, Noble House and Crowne Plaza, Jacquie has been an active board member for the Meeting Planners International (MPI), Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE), and Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) organizations.

Meredith recently joins Club Med after working as the Director of Sales at The Gant in Aspen, Colorado. It was in Aspen where she fell in love with the mountains and working in the hospitality industry. As Account Director at Club Med, Meredith will help you connect your meeting to the perfect Club Med Resort, with an extra excitement for the mountain destinations. While representing The Gant, Meredith was an active board member at Destination Colorado and recently joined SITE Mountain West. What she finds most rewarding is helping people create memorable experiences and building lifelong connections. She’s at her happiest when she’s outside hiking, running, skiing, après skiing and doing all the above with friends and family.

Ellen re-joins Club Med after 30 years. A native New Yorker turned village Planning G.O. in the early 1990’s, Ellen was then introduced during a Club Med Program to Atlantis Events, Inc. the world’s largest LGBT leisure event company, located in Los Angeles. She spent 27 years with the company, working on their events, in the sales department and finally advancing to Director of Event Operations. She has worked onboard most of the major cruise lines, organizing events for as many as 5,500 guests. As you would expect she loves to travel and is a lover of ancient history, anthropology and archeology, hoping one day to be able to go out on an active dig.
