Green Destinations

Those where unnecessary travel is not advised against

Between 56 and 8 days before departure:
If you cancel or change your booking, our standard booking conditions apply.

Less than 8 days prior to departure:
If your destination belongs to the countries to which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs allows non-essential travel, it is possible for you to travel and our usual booking conditions apply.

The countries that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has no advice against unnecessary travel to, we within Club Med call green destinations.

Red Destinations

Those where unnecessary travel is advised against

Between 56 and 8 days before departure:
Customers can change their destination and date without paying a rebooking fee for the hotel part of the booking provided:
• That the new departure date falls before 31 December 2021. If the new departure date falls after 31 December 2021, the customer needs to pay regular cancellation fees.
• The airlines' terms and conditions apply.

Less than 8 days prior to departure:
If the destination still has a dissuasion from unnecessary travel 7 days before departure, you have the right to either rebook at a later date without any rebooking fee, get a value check or full refund.
