If your wanderlust has been aching for most of 2020, we have made careful adjustments to our service so you can turn your dreams into plans for the holiday you deserve with confidence. Enjoy doing the things you love and leave the stresses of the past few months behind while we look after the rest.
We have introduced a health protocol so that we can welcome you safely this summer. To stay in one of our resorts this summer (except for our resorts in France and the French West Indies), we will ask you to provide the result of a negative RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal or saliva) or antigen Covid-19 test, done within 72 hours before your arrival, unless vaccinated. In this case, a record of a complete vaccination (In English or French) against Covid-19* will be also accepted. *one or two shots depending on the number of doses required for the vaccine in question.
In the absence of these documents, access to the Resort will be denied to said person as well as the accompanying guardian if the person is a minor or any accompanying minors if the person is an adult.
This protocol is in addition to the documents and formalities required by the destination country.

All departures up to December 2022 are covered by our complimentary Covid-19 cover. Feel reassured that if you or anyone in your party falls ill with Covid-19, all medical expenses will be covered including testing, GP appointments and housing if quarantine is required. We’ll look after you.
