A la carte golf courses

After practising on the driving range, take your game to an exceptional 18-hole course (on demand), the Mont Saint-Jean golf course. Take your time on its rolling fairways, surrounded by hundred-year-old pine trees. In this green oasis, blackbirds chirp from the centennial branches as you take the short walk back to your room.

The Vittel Rond Pré Equitation

When horseback riding (on demand), soar smoothly over the jumps of one of the four schooling yards, located in the center of the Resort. Surrounded by your loved ones, fix your eyes on the jockeys as they hurtle around the racecourse.

A French-style lunch in a rural setting

Priority is given to local produce and other short distribution channels. In the kitchen, the chefs put the spotlight on fresh vegetables grown nearby, mature cheeses, traditional charcuterie and regional recipes. The shared cuisine and table d'hôtes spirit set the tone for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere conducive to sharing and discovery.

Ermitage and refinement

Settle down in one of the velvet armchairs in the Birdie bar's circular lounge with its purple curtains. The cosy but stylish period decor is reflected in the mirror above the impressive bar. Enjoy a glass of brandy in the soft ambiance of the Roaring Twenties and watch the golf balls whizz by outside, through the windows overlooking the greens. Cycling in the forest

Let yourself be tempted by gravel biking, halfway between mountain biking and road biking, and set off on an adventure along the trails around the Resort. In a group, you can enjoy the cool undergrowth of the Vosges for 10 or 15 km and marvel at the unspoilt natural beauty of the region. For the more adventurous, opt for a half-day or full-day walk (à la carte).
