Hygiene & Safety Measures at Resort

Adjusted check-out and check-in times to reduce overlap between guests and allow more time to sanitise the rooms. An alert system via My Club Med App to tell guests when their rooms are ready and avoid lines at reception.

We recommend our guests to sign up for the Easy Arrival service*:

• Kids clubs sign-up
• Pre-registration of bank details to buy a la carte services in resort and to check-out without having to stop by reception before departure.
  *Service available in your customer account 30 days before your stay

Wearing a mask is compulsory for all of our teams and our guests in indoor spaces.

• For outdoor spaces, wearing a mask will also be compulsory where social distancing cannot be respected. Signage will be in place to indicate the areas concerned.
• The minimum age for wearing the mask will depend on local regulations.

We are delighted to announce that our Resort pools will be open from the opening of the Resort. Although, there will be some adaptations in place to ensure the safety of our guests:

• The capacity of our pools will be limited based on the size of the pool.
• Spacing of beach and pool lounge chairs at 2 metres (6 ft).
• Our locker/changing rooms will be adapted.
• A circuit will be in place to prevent users having to cross each other.
• Aqua-aerobic classes will be offered.
• Other team sports will not be available.

Our Spas remain open. However, saunas and hammams will not be accessible.

The green pass is not required to ski this winter, however when using the chair lifts, telecabins and gondolas, you are required to wear a mask.

A variety of sports activities will still be available such as archery, golf, yoga and racket sports.

In order to protect our guests new measure in place include:

• Sports equipment, such as rackets and balls, will be sanitised regularly.
• All equipment will be disinfected before reuse.
• Yoga and other fitness classes will take place but participants and mats will have at least 2 metres between them.
• Fitness rooms will be open (depending on local regulations). The equipment will be thoroughly disinfected in the morning and then cleaned every two hours. Workout mats will be disinfected after each class.
• Group sports will be available.
• The flying trapeze will be open, with maximum groups of 8 at a time.
• Offering excursions that favour smaller groups outdoors.

Flexible hours, plate service, gel at the entrance and at the buffets, spaced tables...Club Med restaurants make every effort to guarantee safety and serenity during each of your meals:

Changes to our dining services include:

• More personalised food offering with our staff will serving guests.
• More made-to-order dishes s available
• Special hours and increased outdoor seating will allow for greater flexibility and ensure safe distances are kept.
• Cocktail hour will still take place but will be divided between different places to guarantee social distancing (example: main bar, mobile bar, Gourmet Lounge bar).

Our entertainment programme will be adapted so that we can continue to offer joyful family moments.

Our usual nightly shows will not take place. Instead we will focus on hosting multiple, smaller events:

• Live music - jazz band, pop band and classical music quartet
• Visual artists - magicians, circus performers, comedians and musical performers.
• Culture/applied arts - painting, graffiti artists and clowns
• Events to highlight local culture
• Events for individual family groups such as scavenger hunts and escape room activities.

Our entertainment programme will be adapted as the situations evolves.

All our childcare services will be open with adaptations made to apply all the necessary sanitary protocols.

For our services:

• GOs from Kids' Clubs will wear masks in the presence of parents and children.
• Mask requirements for children varies according to local regulations.
• Toys and facilities will be thoroughly disinfected every day.
• Social distancing and hand-washing will be encouraged for all at drop off and pick up.
• Our babysitting service will still be available but it will follow strict regulations.

For parents:

• Parents are encouraged to check their child's temperature at drop off. Only if it is below 38° will they be welcomed.
• Parents are encouraged to wear masks in the reception area of childcare.
• Only one parent will be allowed to accompany their child to the Kids Club
• Mini Club dinners and the supervision of Petit Club and Mini Club evening are reintroduced as well as Mini Club Shows, all while maintaining our strict safety protocol.
