One free change to a different date or resort. New travel date must be completed by the following dates:​

Booking made for travel dates up until 16 December 2022
*by 31 October 2023 for any Club Med resorts. ​

Any additional costs, such as kids price change due to being in a different age group, etc, are at guests own expense. If you have also booked your air travel with Club Med, we will follow the policy of your chosen airline.

If you have already made one date change and your booking continues to be affected by the New Zealand or your holiday destination's Outbound/Inbound International Travel Restrictions or Quarantine Mandates, you have one additional free change available with the above validity.

If your booking is not affected by the New Zealand or your holiday destination's Outbound/Inbound International Travel Restrictions or Quarantine Mandates and you decide to cancel/modify your booking, cancellation/amendment fees apply as per Club Med standard terms and conditions.

Any additional costs including Club Med stay, airline fees and other transport and services are at your own expenses. A $50 per person amendment fee will apply when any further changes are made, however they must still fall within the above-mentioned departure dates.

The credit is valid for travel by the following dates: ​

If you have booked an Air Package, airline terms and conditions including any handling and/or penalty fees will apply separately.

If your booking is not affected by the Australian or New Zealand Government Outbound/Inbound International Travel Restrictions and you decide to cancel or modify your booking, cancellation or amendment fees apply as per Club Med standard terms and conditions.
