Aerial Yoga is an elegant & harmonious combination that joins trad traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance moves with the use of a hammock. For the classic lovers, you can also enjoy guided traditional yoga class either by the beach or in the palapa: listening to the lapping waves while taking in calming South China Sea views in the morning or evening.
